About Spencer Planning

A postgraduate of the Bartlett School of Planning at UCL and a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), Olivier Spencer has over 20 years' experience working for leading planning consultancies in London and the East of England.

From 2016 to 2024 Olivier held a Director-level position with Andrew Martin - Planning Limited (AM-P), where he also served on the Board of Directors for three years.

In 2024 Olivier founded his own company, Spencer Planning Limited, based on a low-overhead business model.  This enables the company to offer Olivier's excellent track record, extensive knowledge and well-rounded planning skills at a very competitive price.

Outside of work Olivier enjoys spending time with his family, watching cricket, football and the NFL, playing golf and holidaying in new locations.
